Websites and publishing

Manage your company website, approved imagery and published content alongside the business workspace.

Your website and the company behind it

Boni connects a managed company website to the organization that runs it. The public site presents the business; the company workspace holds the team, services and operating records behind that presence.

Website hosting, the domain and content publishing have distinct jobs. Connecting DNS does not by itself migrate a website or mailbox. Agree the website scope and required service connections with Boni, then use the company publishing workflow for supported content changes.

Manage website content

An authorized administrator selects the company in Boni Panel and opens Website for its configured site.

  1. Choose an approved image from the library or upload a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MiB.
  2. Set the hero and gallery selection, captions, descriptions and alternative text. Order the gallery for the visitor's journey.
  3. Save draft to preserve the working changes.
  4. Review the draft, then Publish to update the public content.
  5. Open the public website and confirm the intended images, text and order appear. Publication can take a short time to reach the rendered page.

The site reads the published version. Saving a draft keeps working changes separate from the live visitor experience. Removing an image from the gallery does not remove it from the private image library.

Use images and descriptions that accurately represent your business and that you have permission to publish. Alternative text should describe the useful subject of an image; a caption can explain its place in the visitor's decision.

Connect the surrounding services

  • Domain management connects the company domain while preserving the records needed by its services.
  • Company email gives sales and service a company-domain identity and a team access policy.
  • CRM holds the relationship and follow-up behind an enquiry.
  • Communications connects messages and calls to the responsible team.
