Assistant·guide·Version 1

Assistant

Use the same powerful remote agent runtime inside a strictly scoped personal or company workspace.

What the Assistant is

The Boni Assistant uses the same Agent Work control plane and mature remote runners as Boni's Remote Workspace. You can choose an enabled provider and model, continue threads, inspect progress, and use the tools available to the current workspace.

The difference is context—not power. The server binds every run to the selected owner and workspace, then provides only that context's Knowledge checkout, provider connection, modules, budget, and action capabilities.

What it can do

Depending on enabled modules, the Assistant can organize private Knowledge, create or update Tasks, use Boni Calendar, prepare CRM work, and call other documented product actions. Long-running or specialized work can use isolated on-demand compute when that profile is enabled.

Actions remain attributed to the real actor and workspace. Material outbound or financial effects can require an explicit approval even when drafting and internal organization do not.

Choosing AI

A workspace may offer personal provider connections and/or metered Boni AI Credits. Available models and effort levels come from the selected provider/runtime rather than one global hard-coded list. Changing the provider does not change the workspace's Tasks, Calendar, or Knowledge.

Product guidance and private memory

The Assistant uses this public site for current Boni product guidance and uses the workspace's private Knowledge for customer-specific facts and compounding memory. Public docs are not copied into every private repository.
