Add a module

Request a Boni product for your organization from Add modules, and understand instant versus reviewed approval.

Add modules is the way in

A Boni workspace enables only the products it needs. An organization owner or admin adds a product from Add modules in Boni Panel; it is the permanent self-serve entry point, and it creates a durable, auditable access request rather than an email thread or a promise in a chat.

Tenant users cannot edit the catalog, approve their own request, choose which workspace a module installs into, or install a module that is not yet available.

What you will see

StateMeaning
AvailableYou can request it now
PendingYour request exists and is awaiting review
InstalledThe product is enabled for this organization
Coming soonListed for visibility; not requestable yet

How a request is handled

  1. Sign in and confirm you are in the right company context. Modules install into the organization you have selected, not into every workspace you belong to.
  2. Open Add modules and choose the product.
  3. Select Add module. While a request is pending, choosing it again does not create a second request.
  4. Some products are granted instantly; others go to Boni for review, and the same request is approved or denied there.
  5. Start a fresh session. The newly installed product appears in navigation for active owners and admins of that organization.

Instant versus reviewed

Some modules are approved immediately on request, and some require Boni review. Which is which is a property of the product, not of your account, and it is shown in the catalog before you request.

Either way, installing a module is setup authority only. It enables the product for your organization. It does not authorize a campaign send, a scheduled message, or any other outbound action — those follow their own approval path.

Currently in the catalog

ModuleWhat it enables

Products beyond the catalog — such as Trade OS, Event Ticketing and Reservations — are enabled by Boni with you rather than through a self-serve request. See the product map for how each one is obtained.
