Getting started
Learn how one Boni identity opens personal and company workspaces with separate modules, data, and connected accounts.
One identity, multiple workspaces
Sign in once with a verified Boni One identity. The workspace switcher shows every personal or organization workspace where that identity has an active membership. A second email address can be verified and attached to the same person without creating an unrelated user.
Each workspace is still a hard boundary. Switching context changes the enabled modules, data, private Knowledge, connected providers, budgets, and action permissions.
Workspace setup
A workspace can enable only the modules it needs. Common starting combinations are:
| Context | Common modules |
|---|---|
| Personal | Assistant, Tasks, Calendar, private Knowledge |
| Company | Assistant, Tasks, Calendar, company Knowledge, CRM, Accounting |
| Optional channels | Email inboxes, Bow Chat, campaigns, voice, procurement |
The onboarding guide shows what is ready and what still needs the owner: choose an AI provider or Boni AI, review the workspace, connect optional accounts, and add the first useful Knowledge.
For a company domain, use Connect your domain. Boni preserves your current website and mailbox first; changing DNS control does not silently move either service.
Connected accounts
Provider sign-in happens on the provider's official authorization surface. The connected credential is stored by Boni's managed secret system and used only for the exact owner and workspace connection. Disconnecting a provider does not remove Tasks, Calendar, Knowledge, or workspace identity.
Google Calendar is optional synchronization. Boni Calendar is available first and remains the canonical calendar.
