# Deliveries, routes and delivery partners

Create and assign deliveries, plan stops, use My Deliveries and retain physical delivery proof separately from financial settlement.

## Plan the physical delivery

Open [Deliveries in Boni One](https://panel.boni.one/panel/logistics/deliveries) in the company that owns the work. Keep the order reference, pickup, destination, parcel and service requirement with the delivery so dispatch and the delivery partner work from the same details.

## Create and assign

1. Check the source order and whether a delivery already exists.
2. Select or add the pickup location and confirm the destination and contact details.
3. Enter the package and service details, then review the price and its components.
4. Assign an eligible delivery partner or use the carrier options enabled for this workspace.
5. Reopen the saved delivery to check its assignment, current state and history.

A quoted rate and a confirmed carrier booking are different states. If a booking result is uncertain, inspect its original record and status before trying again. Repeating a booking can create a second charge or pickup.

## Plan a route

Use **Routes** for a date and pickup location. Review the stop sequence, maximum stops and available partners, then assign and start the route. Use the stop sheet when dispatch needs a printable plan.

The delivery partner's **My Deliveries** view shows their route and next stop, with **Navigate**, **Call**, **Issue** and **Delivered** actions. Their login is for their own assignments, not the dispatch team's full workspace. Use the normal invitation flow rather than sharing an operator login.

## Record what actually happened

Update physical progress as collection, dispatch and delivery happen. Record the receiver, OTP, note or other proof required by the configured workflow. Report a failed attempt or operational issue on the delivery instead of marking it delivered to clear the queue.

Location sharing is a separate permission. The supported partner flow shares the latest position while in use; do not treat it as a complete historical route recording.

## Keep delivery and money separate

A delivered parcel does not by itself prove that a cash collection, carrier payout, invoice or refund is settled. Confirm those records through the connected financial workflow. Keep any unresolved delivery follow-up with an owner and evidence.

For customs, release and charge-review work rather than last-mile dispatch, use the [Import Exception Desk](/logistics/import-exception-desk). The [Logistics overview](/logistics/overview) routes between the two.
